Who we are

PT INCREASE Laboratorium Indonesia (“INCREASE”, “we”, “us”) is a Contract Research Organization registered in Indonesia, with its office at Biomedical Campus, Science Tower 3F Zone 1, Kav. Digital Hub, Jl. Damai Foresta, Tangerang, Banten 15345, Indonesia.

This policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through this website. It does not cover personal data processed within clinical studies — that is governed by the informed consent documents and the protocol of each individual study.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the enquiry form on this website:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Company or institution
• Country
• The nature of your enquiry
• Your message
• Phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it

Why we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the business conversation that follows from it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your separate, explicit consent.

Legal basis

We process this data based on the consent you give when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted. Enquiries that lead to a contract are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as Indonesian tax and corporate record-keeping obligations require.

Who we share it with

Your data is accessible to INCREASE personnel who need it to answer you, and to the service providers that operate this website and our email systems on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services — website hosting and database storage (data stored in the Asia Pacific region)
• Google — analytics and tag management, in aggregate and pseudonymised form
• Our email provider — delivery of your enquiry to our team and of our reply to you

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies for analytics and to remember your consent preferences. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner, and you can change that choice at any time through your browser settings.

Security

Data submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the controls required by our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system and restrict access on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

Under UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these rights, email partnership@increase-id.com with the request and enough detail for us to find your record. We will respond within 14 working days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

Children

This website is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date shown above. Material changes will be announced on the website itself.
